ASSESSMENT LOGIN TROUBLESHOOTING
- The assesment is NOT AVAILABLE ON SMARTPHONES and TABLETS.
- If after you enter your personal Username and Password you do not see a new window titled "Assesments" with instructions for the Assesment online, it means that you have the COOKIES turned OFF.
To turn COOKIES ON follow these instructions for different Internet Browsers:
Google Chrome - Customize and Control Google Chrome> Settings> Advanced (placed at the end of the page) > Privacy
and Security > Content Settings > Cookies > Allow sites to save and read cookies data (recommended)
Mozilla Firefox - Open Menu > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data – Accept cookies and site data
Microsoft Edge - Settings and more > Settings > View advanced settings > Cookies > Don’t block cookies
Microsoft Explorer - Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > First Party Cookies - Accept > Third Party Cookies - Accept
Safari - Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data - Always allow
Google Chrome - Customize and control Google Chrome > Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy - Content settings > Cookies - Allow local data to be set (recommended)
Mozilla Firefox - Open menu > Options > Privacy > History - Remember history
Note: Always you can turn OFF the COOKIES after you finish the assesment
After making required changes click Refresh button on your Internet Browser. This time you should see new window entitled "Assesments" with instructions.
